Production of grain mills C.B.N. Galvanic (boron carbide crystals):

• Profiles both for the grinding of details for the mechanical and aeronautical industry and for the adjustment of the profile of the gears (straight and helical teeth, both internal and external).

Diamond rolls for the profiling of abrasive wheels for the continuous grinding of the gears.

DS execution: statistical disposition of the diamond fixed by metallic powders sintering.
EL execution: diamond application on a preformed steel body through galvanic process.

The diamonds are manually positioned on a negative matrix and then fixed through metallic powders sintering.
